Intact Insurance (Europe) SA undertakes to acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of 3 working days from the date on which the complaint is sent.
We commit ourselves to provide an answer within a maximum of 2 weeks from the date on which the first written expression of the dissatisfaction was sent and a final answer within one month. If not possible, non-compliance with this deadline must be justified with an indication of the period within which a final answer can be expected.
